摘 要:目的 分析头颈肩面罩固定体位在胸部肿瘤放疗患者中的应用价值,旨意为相关人员的研究工作提供参考。方法 试验选择2019年9月—2020年8月在泰安市肿瘤防治院接受放射治疗的胸部肿瘤患者90例为研究样本。按照患者所应用的固定体位方法不同,将其分为对照组45例以及试验组45例。两组患者均接受放疗治疗疾病。对照组病患应用胸部体罩固定体位,试验组患者接受头颈肩面罩体位固定法。分析结果。结果 试验组Y轴相对误差小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组X轴以及Z轴相对误差差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);试验组Y轴绝对误差小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);X轴以及Z轴绝对误差高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);试验组Y轴以及Z轴超出3 mm误差率比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组X轴3 mm误差发生率差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论 就摆位相对误差、绝对误差和3 mm误差加以评价,发现针对接受放疗的胸部肿瘤患者应用头颈肩面罩固定体位的摆位精度更高。这种体位能提升患者疾病治疗精准性,这一方案值得推广。Objective To analyze the application value of head,neck and shoulder mask fixation position in patients with thoracic tumor radiotherapy,and to provide reference for the relevant research work.Methods A total of 90 patients with thoracic tumor who received radiotherapy Tai’an Cancer Hospital from September 2019 to August 2020 were selected as study samples.Patients were divided into control group(n = 45) and experimental group(n = 45) according to different fixation methods.Patients in both groups received radiotherapy to treat the disease.Patients in the control group received chest body mask fixation,and patients in the experimental group received head,neck and shoulder mask fixation.Analyze the results.Results There was no significant difference in the relative error of Y-axis in the experimental group was smaller than that in the control group(P 0.05).There was no significant difference in the Y-axis absolute error in the experimental group was smaller than that in the control group(P 0.05).Conclusion The relative error,absolute error and 3mm error were evaluated,and it was found that the head,neck and shoulder mask fixed position was more accurate for thoracic tumor patients undergoing radiotherapy.This position can improve the accuracy of patient treatment,which is worth promoting.
