摘　　要：目的 探讨经络导平疗法对女性精神分裂症患者抑郁、焦虑症状的疗效。方法选取2020年1月—2021年12月在某三级甲等精神疾病专科医院住院的女性精神分裂症患者64例,用随机数字表法分为对照组和干预组各32例。对照组予常规抗精神病药物治疗,干预组在对照组基础采用经络导平疗法治疗4周,观察两组患者汉密顿抑郁量表(Hamilton depressionsale,HAMD)评分及HAMD量表中焦虑/躯体化和睡眠障碍因子分、汉密顿焦虑量表(Hamiltonanxiety sale,HAMA)评分及临床疗效。结果两组患者治疗后组间HAMD评分及HAMD量表中焦虑/躯体化、HAMA评分、HAMA的显效率比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);HAMD量表睡眠障碍因子分和HAMD的显效率比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论 经络导平法能改善精神分裂症女性患者的抑郁、焦虑症状,对焦虑症状的改善更显著。Objective To explore the curative effect of meridian.guiding therapy on depression and anxiety in female schizophrenic patients.Methods A total of 64 female patients with schizophrenia hospitalized in a grade A mental disease hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the intervention group,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine antipsychotics,and the intervention group was treated with meridian guiding therapy for 4 weeks on the basis of the control group.Before and after treatment,the scores of Hamilton depression sale(HAMD),anxiety/somatization and sleep disorder factors in HAMD,Hamilton anxiety sale(HAMA)and clinical efficacy were observed.Results There were significant differences in HAMD score,anxiety/somatization,HAMA score and HAMA efficiency between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the sleep disturbance factor score of HAMD scale and the significant efficiency of HAMD(P>0.05).Conclusion The meridian guiding method can improve the depression and anxiety symptoms of female schizophrenic patients,especially the anxiety symptoms.
