摘  要:环状RNA(circular RNA,circRNA)是最近发现的一种非编码RNA。它已被证明在转录后调控基因表达,并在肿瘤发生中发挥关键作用。卵巢癌(ovarian cancer,OC)为全世界女性发病率最高的癌症之一。起病隐匿,早期症状不明显,60%的OC患者就诊时已有腹腔转移。circRNA稳定性高,保守性强,可作为微小RNA(microRNA,miRNA)分子的“海绵”,控制miRNA下游的基因表达与突变。文章汇总了环状RNA在OC中的最新发现,讨论了环状RNA研究的应用前景,旨在探索OC发生发展的分子机制,寻找用于OC诊断与预后预测的潜在生物标记,并在此基础上制定有效的治疗方案。Circular RNA is a recently discovered non-coding RNA.It has been shown to regulate gene expression post transcription and to play a key role in tumorigenesis.Ovarian cancer(OC) is one of the highest incidence of cancers in women in the world.The onset is insidious,the early symptoms are not obvious,and 60% of OC patients already have abdominal metastasis.circRNA has high stability and strong conservation,and can serve as a "sponge" of microRNA(miRNA)molecules to control gene expression and mutations downstream of miRNA.This paper summarizes the latest findings of circular RNA in OC,discusses the application prospects of circular RNA research,aims to explore the molecular mechanisms of the OC development,finds potential biomarkers for OC diagnosis and prognosis prediction,and formulates effective treatment options based on this.
