摘　　要：目的调查上海市社区卫生服务中心的护理服务模式和护士核心能力现状,深入探索社区护士服务能力现状影响因素,进一步了解社区卫生服务中心护理服务能力。方法采用便利抽样法,于2020年7月至8月选取上海市55家社区卫生服务中心1051名社区护士作为调查对象,使用自行编制的问卷进行护理服务现状调查。结果社区卫生服务中心开展的社区服务模式依次为门诊服务、住院服务、家庭病床服务、上门服务和“互联网+护理”服务;提供的社区护理服务以老年护理最多;提供“互联网+护理”最少。社区护士护理核心能力总得分(311.28±57.12)分。通过回归分析,二三级医院工作经历、社区规范化培训是社区护士核心能力的影响因素。结论社区卫生服务中心的服务内容较为广泛,且逐渐开展新型模式,但社区护士的核心能力处于中等水平,尤其应对新型护理模式,需加强新知识、新业务的理论学习,参加规范化培训和获取二三级医院学习资源是提升能力的重要举措。Objective To investigate the nursing service model of Shanghai community health service centers and the status quo of nurses′core competence,the influencing factors of the status quo of community nurses′service competence,and further understand the nursing service competence of community health service centers.Methods The convenience sampling method was used to select 1051 community nurses from 55 community health service centers in Shanghai from July to August 2020 as the survey subjects,and a self-woven questionnaire was used to investigate the status of nursing services.Results The community service model developed by the community health service center was outpatient service,inpatient service,home bed service,on-site service,and"Internet+nursing"service in sequence.Elderly care was the most commonly provided community care service,while the"Internet+nursing"service was the least.Community nurses have a total score of(311.28±57.12)for core competence of community nurses.Through regression analysis,work experience in secondary and tertiary hospitals and standardized community training were the influencing factors of the core competence of community nurses.Conclusion The service content of community health service centers is relatively extensive,and new models are gradually being developed.However,the core competence of community nurses is at a medium level.In particular,to deal with new nursing models,it is necessary to strengthen theoretical learning of new knowledge and new business and participate in standardized training and acquisition.The learning resources of tertiary hospitals are an important measure to improve their ability.
