摘 要:金属定影管是激光复/打印机中按需定影器的核心功能部件,因具有超薄、无缝、多层和大长径比的结构特点,使其制备技术变得极具挑战性。总结了金属定影管常用制备技术的制备原理、特点及存在问题,其中,电铸成形技术因其自身的优势而成为目前金属定影管的主流技术,并对其进行了重点阐述,最后展望了其未来的研究发展方向。Metal fixing film is the core functional component of the on-demand fixation in laser printer/copiers. Due to the structure characteristics of ultrathin, seamless, multilayer and large diameter ratio, the manufacturing technology of metal fixing film becomes challenging. The common preparation principles, characteristics and existing problems of various manufacturing technologies for metal fixing film were summarized, among which the electroforming technology is the mainstream of metal fixing film by virtue of its own advantages. The electroforming technology was emphatically clarified, and the future research as well as development direction were prospected.
