摘 要:通过对罗湖棚改房屋拆除所产生建筑废弃物再生集料进行性能检测,其各项指标均满足相关再生规范的技术要求。重点研究了建筑废弃物在水泥稳定基层中应用时对其强度、抗冲刷性能和干缩特性影响的规律,并与天然碎石集料制备的水稳层进行了性能对比分析。研究结果表明,在振动模式下,再生水泥稳定碎石基层最大干密度比传统模式平均提高2%左右,最佳含水量平均下降3.2%,7d无侧限抗压强度提高约6%。抗冲刷试验表明,提高压实度和材料的设计强度是提高其抗冲刷性能的关键,提高水泥掺量更为有效,约为单位压实度提高量的2倍。干缩试验表明,再生水泥稳定碎石基层的干缩系数略大于天然碎石集料,增加幅度约为10%。Based on the performance test of the recycled aggregate produced by the demolition of Luohu shed,the resulted indicated that all the indexes can meet the technical requirements of the relevant recycling regulations.This paper focuses on the influence of construction waste on the strength,scour resistance and dry shrinkage properties of cement stabilized base course,and the properties of natural crushed stone aggregates were compared and analyzed.The results indicated that,compared with the traditional mode,the maximum dry density of recycled cement stabilized crushed stone base under the vibration mode was increased by about 2%on average,the optimum water content was decreased by 3.2%on average,and the unconfined strength was increased by about 6%.The scour resistance test showed that increasing the compaction degree and the design strength of the material is the key to improve its scour resistance.Increasing the cement dose is more effective,about 2times the increase of the unit compaction degree.The dry shrinkage test showed that the dry shrinkage coefficient of solid waste aggregate is slightly larger than that of natural crushed stone aggregate,and the increase range is about 10%.
