摘 要:目的药用植物作为中药材的核心来源,其分布环境及生存状态更值得重视,但由于数据采集困难,关于物种性状与环境的大尺度研究尚未得到有效挖掘。植物性状及其环境响应机制一直是中药资源学研究的重点内容,通过对比分析植物性状和环境的间接影响关系,更加深入且准确地阐明环境在植物性状变化方面的作用机制,为预测优质药用植物性状所需的环境因子提供科学依据。该研究以白鲜植株为研究对象,探索植株性状与环境因子灰色关联关系,为白鲜药材道地性、种质资源保护及野生抚育、优良品种培育研究打下基础。方法该文对13个不同产地的69株白鲜植株性状进行记录,用手持定时测距导航全球定位系统(global positioning system,GPS)记录各产地相应海拔、经度和纬度,并通过查询中国气象科学数据共享服务网从各产地气象部门获取气候因子,运用灰色关联分析法对白鲜植株性状与环境因子进行分析,并对各产地居群植株性状进行聚类分析和变异性分析。结果白鲜植株性状与其对应环境因子存在密切关系,其中影响白鲜各性状的关键因子为年均日照时数,影响较大的因子为温度和降水量等。结论选择适宜的日照时数、温度和降水等环境因素,可加快植株的生长发育,培育优质的种质资源,提高白鲜皮的药材品质,为道地选择提供参考,益于白鲜药材的种植。Objective As the core source of Chinese medicinal materials,the distribution environment and living state of medicinal plants deserve more attention.However,due to the difficulty of data collection,large-scale studies on species traits and environment have not been effectively explored.Response of plant traits and its mechanism has always been the important content of the study of traditional Chinese medicine resources,through the comparative analysis of indirect influence relationship between plant traits and environment,more thorough and accurate to elucidate the mechanism of action of environment changes in plant traits and to forecast quality of medicinal plant traits needed to provide a scientific basis for environmental factors.In this study,the gray correlation between plant traits and environmental factors was explored in order to lay a foundation for the research on the authenticity,germplasm resource protection and wild breeding of Dictamnus dasycarpus.Methods In this paper the 69 strains of 13 different origin Dictamnus dasycarpus plant trait for recording,benchmark with handheld GPS locator records the origin corresponding altitude,longitude and latitude and by querying the origin of meteorological department for climate factors,grey correlation analysis were used to analyzed fresh plant trait and environmental factors,Cluster analysis and variability analysis were also carried out for plant traits of populations from different producing areas.Results There was a close relationship between the plant traits and the corresponding environmental factors,among which annual sunshine duration was the key factor,and temperature and precipitation were the most influential factors.Conclusion Selection of suitable environmental factors can accelerate the growth and development of plants,cultivate high-quality germ.
