摘 要:目的 观察成果导向教育(outcome based education,OBE)对心肺复苏实训效果的影响。方法 2020年9月—2021年1月,广西中医药大学2020-2021学年上学期170名学生,分为OBE教学组和传统实训组,对两组学生采取对应的教学方法,比较两组学生通过心肺复苏考核的人数。结果 OBE教学组一次性通过考核人数优于传统实训组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。OBE教学组总通过考核人数优于传统实训组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 OBE可以提高医学生心肺复苏技能,为心肺复苏实训课提供新的教学模式。Objective To observe the effect of outcome based education(OBE) on cardiopulmonary resuscitation training. Methods From September 2020 to January 2021, 170 students in the first semester of the 2020-2021 academic year of Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were divided into OBE teaching group and traditional training group. Corresponding teaching methods were adopted for the two groups of students, and the number of students who passed the cardiopulmonary resuscitation assessment was compared. Results The onetime pass rate of OBE teaching group was higher than that of traditional training group(P<0.05), and the total pass rate of OBE teaching group was higher than that of traditional training group(P<0.05). Conclusion OBE can improve the cardiopulmonary resuscitation ability of medical students,and provide a new teaching mode for the training course of cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
