摘  要:目的 探讨儿科学本科临床医学生线上自主学习状况及其影响因素。方法 选取2021年1—6月在莆田学院附属医院参加儿科学教学活动的2016、2017级本科临床医学生各80名(设为观察组与对照组),评估学生自主学习能力和学习倦怠水平。开展线上调查,筛查影响医学生线上自主学习成效的因素。结果 观察组学生病例分析考核成绩低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组学生线上自主学习能力得分为(95.09±6.46)分,学习倦怠条目均分为(2.75±0.61)分,对本专业的态度、线上自主学习条件、有无人员督促学习和学习倦怠水平是儿科学本科临床医学生自主学习成效的影响因素,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论儿科学本科临床医学生线上自主学习能力较强;应重视发挥学生的主观能动性,创造良好的线上自主学习条件,加强督促,以提高儿科学线上教学质量和学习效果。Objective To explore the status and influencing factors of online autonomous learning of clinical medical students in pediatrics. Methods 80 undergraduate clinical medicine students(set up as observation and control groups)from the classes of 2016 and 2017 who participated in pediatric teaching activities at Putian College Hospital from January to June 2021 were selected to assess the students’ independent learning ability and burnout levels. An online survey was conducted to screen the factors affecting the effectiveness of online independent learning of medical students. Results The result of case analysis examination in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05). The score of online self-learning ability of the observation group was(95.09±6.46) points, and the average score of learning burnout was(2.75±0.61) points.The attitude to the major, online self-learning conditions,whether there was someone to urge the learning and the level of learning burnout were the influential factors of the self-learning effect of clinical medical students in pediatrics(P<0.05). Conclusion Clinical medical students of pediatrics undergraduate have higher online self-learning ability. It is necessary to give full play to students’ subjective initiative,create good online independent learning conditions, and strengthen supervision to improve the quality and learning effect of online pediatrics teaching.
