摘  要:目的 研究加强儿科医学生临床实习期医患沟通能力培养的效果。方法 2019年8月—2020年8月,在儿科进行实习的医学生40名为研究对象,按照数字随机法分成两组;对照组常规实习,研究组在此基础上加强儿科医学生临床实习期医患沟通能力培养;两组学生医患沟通技能评分变化比较,及对教学满意度调查。结果研究组学生理论知识、临床技能的考核成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。研究组学生两组学生医患沟通技能评分比较均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。研究组学生核心能力评分中临床护理、人际关系、领导能力、教学咨询、评判性思维评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。研究组学生对教学满意度(100%)高于对照组(70.00%),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 加强儿科医学生临床实习期医患沟通能力培养,为日后临床医患沟通方面建立良好的基础,更符合日后新的医学模式的发展。Objective To study the effect of strengthening the cultivation of doctor-patient communication ability among pediatric medical students during their clinical practice. Methods From August 2019 to August 2020,40medical students who practiced in pediatrics were research subjects and divided into two groups according to the digital randomization method;the routine practice, the control group strengthened the doctor-patient communication ability training during clinical practice;the comparison of doctor-patient communication skills scores and the teaching satisfaction survey. Results The examination scores of theoretical knowledge and clinical skills of students in the study group were higher than those in the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05). The scores of doctor-patient communication skills between the two groups of students in the study group were higher than those in the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05). The scores of clinical nursing, interpersonal relationship, leadership, teaching consultation and critical thinking in the research group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The students’ satisfaction with teaching in the study group(100%)was higher than that in the control group(70.00%),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthen the communication ability during clinical practice, establish a good foundation for clinical communication and be in line with the development of new medical model in the future.
