摘　　要：网络学习已成为医学学习的不可或缺的组成部分,目前生殖医学教育网站数量迅速增长,需要批判性的评估来识别高质量的网站,提高学习效率。本研究在现有评价工具的基础上,形成评价生殖医学教育网站质量的评价工具(Reproductive Medicine Education Website Quality Evaluation Tool,RMEWQET)。采用百度、中国知网、PubMed和Startpage检索,确定生殖医学教育网站并根据RMEWQET评分。笔者共筛选出43个与生殖医学教育相关的网站,对排名前10位的网站进行了详细介绍,这些网站往往包括教育视频网站、医学论坛。排名前十的网站通常信息更公开,更多为教育/非盈利/政府机构网站,网站的利用率和影响力更高,网站设计更合理,导航性更好,互动性更强,包含高质量的图形和多媒体信息。总之,目前有许多优秀的生殖医学教育在线资源,评估并分享优秀网站有助于临床工作者提高学习效率,获取高质量教育资源。Online learning has become an important part of medical learning.At present,the number of reproductive medicine education websites is growing rapidly,and critical evaluation is needed to identify high-quality websites and improve learning efficiency.Based on the existing evaluation tools,the Reproductive Medicine Education Website Quality Evaluation Tool(RMEWQET) was developed.Baidu,CNKI,PubMed and Start Page were used to identify reproductive medicine education websites and score them according to RMEWQET.A total of 43 websites related to reproductive medicine education were selected,and the top 10 websites were introduced in detail.These websites often include educational video sites and medical forums.The top 10 websites tend to be more open,educational/non-profit/governmental,more usable and influential,better designed,navigable,and interactive,and to contain high quality graphic and multimedia information.There are many excellent online resources for reproductive medicine education.Evaluation and sharing of excellent websites can help clinicians improve learning efficiency and obtain highquality educational resources.
