摘　　要：文章通过调研榆林地区煤矿企业随着产业转型升级过程中对技术技能人才素质需求,以榆林职业技术学院煤矿开采技术专业大类为基础,通过调研煤矿企业对职业院校毕业学生的需求建立毕业生就业通用能力素质模型,对专业人才培养与企业需求采用人才匹配评价指标进行匹配度分析,以职业院校“三教”改革为切入点有针对性地提出我院煤矿类专业适应榆林地区煤矿企业需求的人才培养创新策略。Based on the research on the demand of technical and technical talents in the process of industrial transformation and upgrading of coal mining enterprises in Yulin Area, this paper establishes the general ability and quality model of graduates’ employment by investigating the demand of coal mining enterprises for graduates of vocational colleges on the basis of the major category of coal mining technology in Yulin Vocational And Technical College.The talent matching evaluation index is used to analyze the matching degree of professional talent training and enterprise demand, and the talent training innovation strategy is put forward to meet the demand of yulin coal mine enterprises.
