摘　　要：生物钟是生物体内具有自我调节功能、与昼夜交替同步的一种生理机制。生物钟通过内部生物钟基因控制哺乳动物节律性的生理活动进程。生物钟基因紊乱与肝癌的发生密切相关。理解生物钟基因在肝代谢和肝癌发生中的作用,有可能为肝癌的诊断、治疗及预后提供新的研究方向和思路。Circadian clock is a physiological mechanism of the organism that has the function of self-regulatory and synchronizes with day-and-night alteration.Circadian clock is also a process of physiological activity that controls the rhythmicity of mammals through internal circadian clock genes.Circadian clock gene disorder is closely related the tumorigenesis of liver cancer.Understanding the role of circadian clock genes in liver metabolism and hepatocarcinogenesis will help to provide new research directions and ideas in the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of liver cancer.
