Objective To compare the effects of CT and MRI in the diagnosis of gynecological pelvic tumors. Methods A total of 40 patients with pelvic tumors were selected as the research objects.CT,MRI and CT combined with MRI were used for diagnosis respectively, and the clinical diagnosis effects of different detection methods were compared. Results Pathological examination showed that among the 40 patients,17 had uterine fibroids and 8 had benign ovarian tumors. The diagnostic coincidence rate of CT examination was 75.00%,and that of MRI examination was 82.50%,and the difference was not statistically significant(χ2=0.672,P=0.412).The diagnostic coincidence rate of CT combined with MRI was 92.50%higher than that of CT and MRI,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.128,P=0.047).Conclusion In the diagnosis of pelvic tumors, both CT and MRI can obtain better diagnostic results, and the combined application of the two detection methods can further improve the diagnostic coincidence rate and is worthy of clinical application.
