改性粒状活性炭吸附含酚废水的研究

摘  要:为提高模拟含酚废水中挥发酚的去除效率,主要采用硫酸、盐酸、氢氧化钠和氨水对粒状活性炭进行改性,找出最佳改性试剂活性炭和改性试剂浓度、改性后粒状活性炭投加量、振荡吸附作用时间等因素。结果表明:硫酸改性粒状活性炭对含酚水样中挥发酚的吸附性能最优,不同浓度酸碱改性粒状活性炭后的对含酚水样中挥发酚的吸附效果无明显变化。当1 mol/L硫酸改性后粒状活性炭的投加量为6 g、振荡吸附作用时间为80 min时,含酚水样中挥发酚去除率最大可达67.89%。In order to improve the removal efficiency of volatile phenols from simulated phenolic wastewater,sulfuric acid,hydrochloric acid,sodium hydroxide and ammonia were mainly used to modify granular activated carbon.The purpose is to find out the best modified reagent activated carbon and modified reagent concentration,modified granular activated carbon dosage,oscillation adsorption time and other factors.The results show that:sulfuric acid modified granular activated carbon has the best adsorption performance for volatile phenols in water samples containing phenols.There was no obvious change in the adsorption effect of volatile phenol in water samples after different concentration of acid-base modified granular activated carbon.When the dosage of granular activated carbon modified by 1 mol/L sulfuric acid is 6 g and the oscillation adsorption time is 80 min,the maximum removal rate of volatile phenols could reach 67.89%.
