摘　　要：目的探索口腔颌面部囊肿住院费用的影响因素,为合理控制口腔颌面部囊肿患者的医疗费用提供依据。方法收集西南地区某三甲口腔专科医院2014年1月1日-2020年12月31日主要诊断为口腔颌面部囊肿的3079例患者住院病案首页信息,采用非参数检验、多重线性回归模型、通径分析模型探索住院费用的影响因素。结果口腔颌面部囊肿患者住院总费用四分位数为8352.01(7154.49,9763.18)元,住院天数四分位数为7(5,8)天。住院天数和药占比是住院费用主要影响因素,其效应量分别为0.493和0.292,其他影响因素包括手术类型、年龄、性别和囊肿类型,其中药占比和年龄不仅直接影响住院费用,还通过住院天数间接影响住院费用。结论口腔颌面部囊肿患者住院费用受多种因素影响,应科学控制住院天数、降低手术成本和药占比,积极开展健康教育宣传和早期筛查,可以有效降低口腔颌面部囊肿患者的住院费用。Objectives This paper aims to explore the influencing factors of the inpatient cost of oral and maxillofacial cysts,and to provide a basis for reasonable control of medical costs of patients with oral and maxillofacial cysts.Methods Information on medical record front pages was collected from 3079 inpatients with a primary diagnosis of oral and maxillofacial cysts in a tertiary dental specialty hospital in southwest China from January 1,2014 to December 31,2020.Non-parametric tests,multiple linear regression models,and pass-through analysis models were used to explore the factors influencing hospitalization costs.Results The quartile of the total hospitalization cost for patients with oral and maxillofacial cysts was 8352.01(7154.49,9763.18)RMB,and the quartile of the number of hospitalization days was 7(5,8)days.Days of hospitalization and medication ratio were the main influencing factors on hospitalization cost with effect sizes of 0.493 and 0.292,respectively.Other factors included the type of surgery,age,gender,and cyst type,among which medication ratio and age not only directly influenced hospitalization cost,but also indirectly influenced it through days of hospitalization.Conclusions The hospitalization cost of patients with oral and maxillofacial cysts is affected by many factors.Scientific control of hospitalization days,reduction of surgical cost and drug ratio,active health education and promotion,as well as early screening can effectively decrease the hospitalization cost for patients with oral and maxillofacial cysts.
