摘 要:临床病理住院医师规范化培训是培养临床病理医师的重要途径,目前病理住培临床教学面临的主要问题为培养方式过于死板,教学方法单一等。近年来的教学中发现由临床科室、影像科和病理科医师共同参与,联合讨论制定患者个体化诊疗方案的教学模式可增强医学生的学习积极性及学习兴趣,培养临床思辨能力。其组织实施需要指导教师挑选适宜的时机、正确的筛选病例、充分的准备、科学的流程和总结学习。多学科诊疗模式在病理住培临床教学中能够起到增强病理住培生的人文素养、沟通和交流能力、使病理住培生的知识体系能够深入结合临床、增强住培生作为病理工作者的自豪感和内驱力以及理解病理学科的局限性等作用,可作为传统教学的有益补充。Standardized training of clinical pathology residents is an important way to train clinical pathologists.At present,the main problems faced by clinical training of pathology residential are rigid and dull teaching methods.In recent years,it has been found that the multi-disciplinary diagnosis and treatment model with the participation of clinical departments,imaging departments,and pathologists can enhance the learning enthusiasm of medical students and cultivate their clinical ability.The organization and implementation of multi-disciplinary diagnosis and treatment teaching model need to choose the right time,the correct screening of cases,adequate preparation,scientific procedures and summary learning.MDT mode can enhance the humanistic literacy and communication skills of the clinical pathology residents,so that their knowledge systems can deeply integrate clinical practice.It can also enhance their internal drive and pride as pathologists and advance their understanding of the limitations of pathology disciplines MDT teaching model can be promoted as a useful supplement to traditional teaching.
