摘　　要：近年来随着胃癌临床个体化精准治疗的发展,对于胃癌影像学评估的规范化要求愈加迫切。而胃作为空腔脏器,形态不固定且在上腹部毗邻脏器组织关系复杂,导致胃癌的影像学检出、定位、诊断与鉴别诊断、分型分期和疗效评价等诸多方面都面临挑战。为了应对挑战、回应临床关切,本共识组织了国内胃癌临床诊疗一线的影像专家,并邀请了内外科专家参与把关,围绕检查方法选择、检查前处置规范、检查规范、报告书写规范及参与多学科诊疗协作组规范5个胃癌影像评估关键节点,进行了全流程梳理,并针对相应规范和标准,由全体专家无记名集体投票决定证据级别和推荐等级,希望能够作为胃癌影像检查和诊断时的规范参考。Following with the development of individualized treatment of gastric cancer,the standardized radiological evaluation of gastric cancer is becoming more and more important.However,as a hollow viscera,the stomach is not fixed in shape and has a complex relationship with adjacent organs in the upper abdomen,which lead to the challenges in the radiological detection,localization,diagnosis and differential diagnosis,classification and staging,and evaluation of treatment response of gastric cancer.To deal with the challenges and address to clinical concerns,this consensus included the domestic experts on the frontline of clinical diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer,and invited medical and surgical experts to participate in the inspection.The whole process was sorted out around five key points of gastric cancer radiological evaluation,including the selection of modalities,predisposal specification,examination standardization,reporting regulation and procedure in the participation of multidisciplinary team.All the experts voted by secret ballot to determine the level of evidence and recommendation.It is hoped that it can be used as a standard reference for radiological examination and diagnosis of gastric cancer.
