摘 要:教练型领导突出了领导者“教练”的职能,而弱化了领导者“老板”的身份,通过因材施教培养下属,促进下属知识和技能的提升。为探寻教练型领导风格和下属创新之间的关系,本研究采用演化博弈分析的方法,构建领导者和下属的演化博弈模型,并且利用Matlab软件进行数值仿真模拟。结果表明:教练型领导能够激发下属创新行为,领导风格和下属行为不匹配导致的对双方的负面效应是其中的重要影响因素。本研究有利于拓展和补充现有研究,研究结果能为企业人力资源管理实践提供借鉴。Coaching leadership highlights the role of a leader as a coach,but diminishes the status of the leader as a boss,to develop subordinates and improve their knowledge and skills through coaching them in accordance with their aptitude.In order to explore the relationship between coaching leadership and subordinates’innovation,this research is based on evolutionary game analysis to build an evolutionary game model of leadership and subordinates,with numerical simulation in Matlab.The results show that coaching leadership can stimulate subordinates’innovation behavior,in which the negative effect on both sides caused by the mismatch between leadership style and subordinates’behavior is an important factor.This research is helpful to expand and supplement existing studies,and the results can provide reference for enterprises’human resource management practices.
