摘 要:为探讨不同时期施硒肥和不同浓度硒肥对玉米籽粒硒含量的影响,选取2个试验点,设计3个施硒肥时期,分别为小喇叭口期(T_(1))、抽雄期(T_(2))和灌浆初期(T_(3));设5个硒肥浓度C_(1)~C_(5),分别为15、30、60、90、120 g/hm^(2),并以清水为对照(C_(0)),分析不同时期施硒肥和不同浓度硒肥对玉米产量及产量构成因子、籽粒硒含量的影响。结果显示,洛阳点对硒肥的响应存在于千粒重上,栾川点对硒肥的响应存在于穗长和千粒重上。玉米抽雄期施硒肥对硒元素的吸收更有利,T_(2)的玉米籽粒硒含量较T_(1)和T_(3)增加了0.016~0.080 mg/kg,增长率为10.74%~94.12%;籽粒硒含量随喷施硒浓度的增加而增加,与C_(0)相比较,C_(1)~C_(5)处理籽粒硒含量增加了0.008~0.283 mg/kg。因此,在玉米抽雄期均匀喷施60~90 g/hm^(2)当量浓度的硒肥时,可以达到富硒农产品生产要求。In order to explore the effects of selenium fertilizer application at different stages and concentrations on selenium content in corn grains,two experimental sites were selected,and three selenium fertilizer application periods were set,which were small bell mouth stage(T_(1)),tasseling stage(T_(2))and early filling stage(T_(3)).Five selenium concentrations were set,which were 15 g/hm^(2)(C_(1)),30 g/hm^(2)(C_(2)),60 g/hm^(2)(C_(3)),90 g/hm^(2)(C_(4))and 120 g/hm^(2)(C_(5))respectively,and clear water was used as the control(C_(0)).The effects of selenium fertilizer application at different stages and concentrations on corn yield,yield components and grain selenium content were analyzed.The results showed that the response of Luoyang site to selenium fertilizer was in 1000-grain weight,and the response of Luanchuan site to selenium fertilizer was in ear length and 1000-grain weight.Selenium fertilizer application at the heading stage of maize was more beneficial to the absorption of selenium,and the selenium content of maize grain T_(2) increased by 0.016~0.080 mg/kg(10.74%~94.12%)compared with T_(1) and T_(3).With the increase of selenium concentration,grain selenium content increased.Compared with C_(0),the selenium enrichment of C_(1)~C_(5) grains increased by 0.008~0.283 mg/kg.It is suggested that the selenium fertilizer with 60~90 g/hm^(2)equivalent concentration should be sprayed evenly during the heading stage of corn,which can meet the requirements of selenium rich agricultural products.
