摘 要:研究了径向磁场中陀螺仪阻尼运动并设计了涡流制动器及课程实验。通过对永磁体的磁场分布求解涡流的亥姆霍兹方程将其分解为纵场和横场,建立了相应的损耗计算理论模型;在不同磁感应强度与转动角速度下,用锌合金和铜合金两种材料的陀螺仪分别进行了制动时间实验,实验结果表明,该理论模型能够准确预测陀螺仪在径向磁场下的阻尼运动规律。在此基础上,对径向永磁涡流制动器优化设计,使其可通过舵机调节制动蹄来改变永磁体与制动盘间气隙大小,从而实现制动的精确无级调节,该永磁涡流制动器具有高精确性、高效性及高电磁兼容性。未来可在电磁传感领域及电磁制动领域得到广泛应用。The damping motion of the gyroscope in the radial magnetic field is studied,and the eddy current brake and the course experiment are designed.theoretical model of loss computation is developed by solving the Helmholtz equation of the eddy current field which is decomposed into vertical and transverse fields,and the corresponding loss calculation theoretical model is established.The braking time experiments of gyroscopes made of zinc alloy and copper alloy carried out under different magnetic induction and rotational angular velocity respectively.The experimental results show that the theoretical model can accurately predict the damping motion law of the gyroscope under the radial magnetic field.On this basis,the radial permanent magnet eddy current brake is optimally designed,so that the size of the air gap between the permanent magnet and the brake disc can be changed by adjusting the brake shoe through the steering gear to realize the precise stepless adjustment of the brake.Magnetic eddy current brakes have high accuracy,high efficiency,and high electromagnetic compatibility.Future,it can be widely applied in the fields of electromagnetic sensing and electromagnetic braking.
