摘 要:绩效考评是高校人事管理中的重要环节,是教师晋升和薪酬调整的依据。目前,高校绩效考评普遍存在流程烦琐、耗时等问题。基于ESIA方法优化高校教师的绩效考评流程,消除非必要环节,简化业务流程,构建教师画像模型整合教师分布在各个系统中的基本数据、教学数据、科研数据和社会服务数据,整合零散流程,自动化实现部分绩效考评流程。构建赋时Petri网对优化前后的绩效考评流程进行仿真,验证大幅度缩短流程时间,提高管理效率。Performance appraisal is an important part of personnel management in university as the basis for teachers'promotion and salary adjustment,which encourages and guides teachers to increase investment in teaching and scientific research,and promotes teachers to improve their performance level.There are some problems in university performance appraisal process such as cumbersome process,time-consuming and so on.In order to improve efficiency and management level,the performance appraisal process in universityis optimizedbased on the ESIA method,by means ofeliminating unnecessary activities,sampling the work flow,constructing teacher portrait model to consolidate teachers’data distributed in each system including the basic data,teaching data,research data and social service data.Separated processes are integrated and part processes can be automatically realized due to the ESIA method.The timed Petri net is adopted in the simulation of performance management process before and after optimization to reduce the flow time drastically and improve the management efficiency.
