摘　　要：在分析当前文科实验室建设过程中存在问题的基础上,通过剖析文科校外专业实验室的功能和组织特点,从高校人才培养改革、产教融合等方面阐述建设文科校外专业实验室的必要性。通过高校、企业、学生三方对校外专业实验室建设需求的可行性分析,提出建设文科校外专业实验室的模式,在课程体系、师资队伍、管理体系建设以及构建创新发展人才培养模式等方面进行实践与探索,发挥文科校外专业实验室优势,培养高质量创新型人才。On the basis of existing issues in the process of liberal arts laboratory building,the necessity of constructing liberal arts off-campus professional laboratories is proposed from the aspects of talent cultivation reform of colleges and universities and integration of industry and education by analyzing the functions and organizational characteristics of liberal arts off-campus professional laboratories.The concept of creating off-campus professional laboratories in liberal arts is offered based on a feasibility study of the demand for the creation of off-campus professional laboratories by universities,businesses,and students.Practice and exploration are carried out in the development of a curriculum system,a faculty team,a management system,and the development of an innovative development talent cultivation mode,in order to fully exploit the advantages of off-campus professional laboratories in liberal arts,and cultivate high-quality innovative talents.
