摘 要:大型仪器设备是国家提高科技创新能力的重要支撑,也是高校开展教学和科研必不可少的物质基础。如何高效地运行实验室的大型仪器设备,提升资源使用效率和效益,成为各高校实验室普遍关注的问题。基于地球科学与资源学院激光拉曼光谱仪的运行实践,提出了充分拓展仪器设备的功能和优化人员-制度-资金的管理模式可以促进高校实验室大型仪器的高效运行,进而提高大型仪器设备的使用效益、科研效益、经济效益和社会效益。Large instruments and equipment are important support for the country to improve the ability of scientific and technological innovation,as well as the essential material basis for universities to carry out teaching and scientific research.How to efficiently run large-scale laboratory instruments and equipment,and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of scientific resource,has become a common concern of colleges and universities.Based on the operation practice of laser Raman spectros copyin the School of Earth Sciences and Resources of China University of Geosciences(Beijing),the authors propose method that fully expands the function of instruments and optimizes the personnel-instrument-capital management.The mode can promote the efficient operation of large-scale instruments,and improve their use benefit,scientific research benefit,economic benefit and social benefit.
