摘　　要：在分析高校实验室安全常规检查固有弊端及飞行检查客观优势的基础上,认为“飞行检查”在高校实验室安全检查中具有广阔的应用空间及深远的应用前景,对开展实验室安全“飞行检查”的应用研究与实践探索,从实验室安全“飞行检查”的规章制度、组织机构、人员队伍、支撑保障、闭环管理及责任体系建设等方面入手。实现高校实验室安全“飞行检查”工作的科学化、系统化、规范化和常态化,在切实提升“飞行检查”工作实效性等方面介绍浙江工商大学的做法。Based on the analysis of the inherent disadvantages of routine laboratory safety inspection in universities and the objective advantages of unannounced inspection,it is considered that"unannounced inspection"has broad application space and far-reaching application prospects in the process of laboratory safety inspection in universities.It can be seen from the aspects of rules and regulations,organization,personnel team,support and guarantee,closed-loop management and responsibility system of laboratory.This paper carries out the application research and practical exploration of laboratory safety"unannounced inspection".It realizes the scientization,systematization,standardization and normalization of university laboratory safety"unannounced inspection",and effectively improves the effectiveness of"unannounced inspection".
