摘　　要：如今随着高校扩招,自主招生的趋势越来越猛烈,大学毕业生离校未就业现象越来越普遍,尤其是高职高专类的中医院校,跟踪和服务离校未就业毕业生是高校就业指导工作的中心工作之一。对此现象,高校应充分认识离校未就业现象的复杂性,认真研究产生此类现象的原因,坚持从实际出发,勇于担当责任,努力提升自身教育水平,加强就业指导,积极引导、培养大学生正确的择业就业观。Nowadays, with the expansion of college enrollment, the trend of independent enrollment is becoming more and more fierce. The phenomenon of unemployed university graduates leaving school is becoming more and more common, especially in higher vocational colleges of Chinese medicine. Tracking and serving unemployed graduates is one of the central tasks of employment guidance in universities. In response to this phenomenon, colleges and universities should fully understand the complexity of the phenomenon of leaving school without employment, carefully study the reasons for such phenomenon, insist on starting from reality, be brave to assume responsibility, strive to improve their own educational level, strengthen employment guidance, and actively guide and train college students to be correct The concept of career choice and employment.
