摘　　要：学籍档案管理工作是高等院校教育教学管理工作的重要组成部分,特别是学籍档案与学生的切身利益密切相关。近年来,高校学籍档案的查询和利用率不断提高。同时,在国家政策和信息技术发展的推动下,各大高校智慧校园建设深入开展,学籍档案信息化成为其中的重要组成部分。基于此,参照江苏省南京市某高校智慧档案管理平台建设,提出高校学籍档案综合管理服务平台设计方案,以期为学籍档案信息化建设提供参考。The student status archives management is an important part of the management of education and teaching in colleges and universities,especially the student status archives are closely related to the vital interests of students.In recent years,the inquiry and utilization rate of college student status archives is constantly increasing.Meanwhile driven by national policies and the development of information technology,the construction of smart campus in universities has been carried out in depth,of which the informatization of student status archives becomes an important part.Based on this,this paper refers to the construction of intelligent archives management platform in a university in Nanjing city of Jiangsu province and puts forward the design scheme of integrated management and service platform for college student status archives,in order to provide reference for the informatization construction of student status archives.
