摘　　要：目的构建ICU新护士临床路径式培训内容,为ICU新护士的高质量、规范化培训提供参考依据。方法遴选相关领域的16名专家进行2轮德尔菲专家函询,确定ICU新护士临床路径式培训内容。结果第2轮专家咨询协调系数分别为0.365、0.357和0.180,专家权威程度为0.863。确定培训内容的一级指标6个、二级指标19个、三级指标87个。结论ICU新护士临床路径式培训内容,明确了教学路径及具体内容,可增加ICU新护士教学方案的科学性和系统性。Objective To construct clinical pathway training content for new ICU nurses,and to provide reference for high-quality and standardized training.Methods Sixteen experts in related fields were selected for two rounds of Delphi expert letter inquiry to construct the clinical pathway training content of new ICU nurses.Results In the second round of expert consultation,authority coefficient was 0.863;coordination coefficient was 0.365,0.357 and 0.180 respectively.There were 6 first-level,19 second-level and87 third-level indicators in the training content.Conclusion The teaching program is scientific and systematic for ICU new nurses with the clinical pathway training content for its teaching path and specific content.
