摘 要:为了避免离型膜用硅油配方因原料紧缺带来的停产风险,以3-[2-羟基-3-[(1-氧代-2-丙烯基)氧基]丙氧基]二甲基聚硅氧烷(ADD151)代替原有配方中的超支化丙烯酸改性聚硅氧烷(RC711),研究了原料配方对离型膜用硅油黏度、离型膜剥离力和残余黏着率、热稳定性的影响。结果表明:本实验中3种配方制得的硅油黏度相当;在相同原料配比下,采用RC711为原料时,制得离型膜的剥离力相对较小;采用ADD151为原料时,制得离型膜的残余黏着率和剥离力相对更高;当调整硅油原料配比时,配方1所得离型膜的性能与配方3所得离型膜的性能相当。离型膜经过40℃、相对湿度75%老化后,配方1和配方3所得产品老化后的离型膜性能相当。此外,3种配方制得的离型膜的热稳定性也相当。采用配方3制得离型膜的性能满足使用要求。In order to avoid the risk of production stoppage due to shortage of raw materials in the formulation of silicone oil,3-[2-hydroxy-3-[(1-oxo-2-propenyl)oxy]propoxy]dimethylpolysiloxane(ADD151)was used to replace the hyperbranched acrylic modified polysiloxane(RC711)in the original formula.The effects of raw material formulation on the viscosity of silicone oil for releasing film,peeling strength,residual adhesion rate and thermal stability of releasing film were studied.The results show that the viscosity of the silicone oil prepared by the three formulations is equivalent;under the same raw material ratio,when RC711 is used as the raw material,the peeling force of the obtained releasing film is relatively small;when ADD151 is used as the raw material,the residual adhesion rate and peeling force for the releasing film are relatively higher;when the ratio of silicone oil is adjusted,the performance of the releasing film obtained from formula 1 is comparable to that of the release film obtained from formula 3.After the releasing film is aged at 40℃and relative humidity of 75%,the performance of the aged release film of formula 1 and formula 3 is similar.In addition,the thermal stability of the release films prepared by the three formulations is also comparable.The performance of the release film prepared by formula 3 meets the requirements.
