摘　　要：在盐业体制升级改造的浪潮中,湖南湘澧盐化公司顺应潮流,几年时间六大技改同步进行,厂区面貌焕然一新,设备自动化运行井然有序。伴随着技改的投入,发现在工程实施过程中,分部分项工程量签证单均未在工程实施过程中完成签证,造成在重大项目管理中工程结算时,结算滞缓。为加强项目成本控制,规范工程签证申请、审批流程及费用管理,保证签证单的真实性和完整性,制定签证管理制度很有必要。In the wave of salt industry system upgrading and transformation,the company complies with the trend.In recent years,the six major technical transformations have been carried out simultaneously,the plant has taken on a new look,and the automatic operation of equipment is in good order.With the investment in technical transformation,it is found that during the project implementation,the visa of divisional and subdivisional quantities has not been completed during the project implementation,resulting in the delay of project settlement in major project management.In order to strengthen project cost control,standardize project visa application,approval process and cost management,and ensure the authenticity and integrity of visa form,it is necessary to formulate visa management system.
