摘 要:应用同时蒸馏萃取的方法提取蜜柚果皮精油。研究了浸泡时间、料液比、蒸馏时间对红肉蜜柚果皮精油得率的影响,并用正交法对工艺条件进行优化。结果表明:红肉蜜柚果皮精油提取最佳条件为浸泡时间4 h、料液比1:5、蒸馏时间5 h。在该条件下,红肉蜜柚果皮精油的得率为4.67%。此法可为提高红肉蜜柚果皮精深加工水平提供参考。For the utilization of red-flesh honey pomelo peel waste,the essential oil of its epidermis was extracted by simultaneous distillation and extraction.The effects of soaking time,solid-liquid ratio and distillation time on the extraction rate of essential oil from the peel of red-flesh honey pomelo were studied,and the process conditions were optimized by orthogonal method.The results showed that the optimum conditions for the extraction of essential oil from red-flesh honey pomelo peel were 4 h soaking time,solid-liquid ratio 1:5,and 5 h distillation time.Under this condition,the extraction rate of essential oil from the peel of red-flesh honey pomelo was 4.67%.This method can provide a reference for improving the deep processing level of red flesh pomelo peel.
