摘 要:本试验旨在研究霉菌毒素吸附剂(MA)与有机酸(OA)或植物精油(EO)的复合物对蛋鸡肠道黏膜屏障功能的影响。选取270只健康的29周龄罗曼蛋鸡,随机分为3组,每组6个重复,每个重复15只鸡。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别饲喂在基础饲粮中添加0.65 g/kg MA-OA复合物、0.70 g/kg MA-EO复合物的试验饲粮。预试期1周,正试期10周。结果表明:与对照组相比,饲粮添加MA-OA复合物或MA-EO复合物显著降低了回肠产气荚膜梭菌相对数量(P<0.05),显著下调了回肠黏膜髓样分化因子88和白细胞介素-1βmRNA相对表达水平(P<0.05),显著提高了回肠蔗糖酶活性和绒毛高度/隐窝深度值(P<0.05);饲粮添加MA-EO复合物显著上调了回肠黏膜闭合蛋白-5(claudin-5) mRNA相对表达水平(P<0.05);饲粮添加MA-OA复合物显著降低了回肠沙门氏菌相对数量(P<0.05),显著下调了回肠黏膜核转录因子-κB p65 mRNA相对表达水平(P<0.05),显著提高了回肠碱性磷酸酶活性和空肠绒毛高度/隐窝深度值(P<0.05)。由此可见,饲粮添加MA-OA复合物或MA-EO复合物均可提高蛋鸡的肠道屏障功能,改善肠道健康。This study was conducted to investigate the effects of mycotoxin adsorbent(MA)-organic acid(OA)complex and MA-essential oil(EO)complex on intestinal mucosal barrier function of laying hens.A total of 270 healthy 29-week-old laying hens were randomly divided into 3 groups with 6 replicates per group and 15 hens per replicate.Hens in the control group were fed a basal diet,and hens in the test groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with 0.65 g/kg MA-OA complex and 0.70 g/kg MA-EO complex,respectively.The adjustment period lasted for 1 week,and the experimental period lasted for 10 weeks.The results showed as follows:compared with the control group,dietary supplemented with both MA-OA complex or MA-EO complex significantly reduced the relative amount of Clostridium perfringens in ileum(P<0.05),and significantly down-regulated the mRNA relative expression levels of myeloid differentiation factor 88(MyD88)and interleukin-1β(IL-1β),while significantly increased the sucrase activity and villus height/crypt depth ratio in ileum(P<0.05).Besides,dietary supplemented with MA-EO complex significantly up-regulated the mRNA relative expression level of claudin-5 in ileal mucosa(P<0.05);dietary supplemented with MA-OA complex significantly reduced the relative amount of Salmonella in ileum(P<0.05),and significantly down-regulated the mRNA relative expression level of nuclear factor kappa B p65(NF-κB p65)in ileal mucosa(P<0.05),while significantly enhanced the alkaline phosphatase activity in ileum and villus height/crypt depth ratio in jejunum(P<0.05).In conclusion,dietary supplemented with MA-OA complex or MA-EO complex can improve intestinal mucosal barrier function,which contributes to the health of the intestine in laying hens.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2022,34(11):6994-7001]
