摘  要:本试验通过探讨不同剂量的植物乳杆菌后生元(PLP)对肉鸡生长性能、屠宰性能、肠道酶活性和盲肠微生物组成及多样性的影响,旨在确定PLP在肉鸡饲粮中的适宜添加量。选用1日龄健康且重量相近的爱拔益加(AA)雄性肉仔鸡600只,随机分为5组,每组6个重复,每个重复20只鸡。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,PLP组在基础饲粮的基础上分别添加200、400、600和800 g/t的PLP,饲养至第42天进行屠宰、采样。结果显示:与对照组相比,饲粮中添加600和800 g/t PLP可以显著或极显著提高1~14日龄肉鸡的末重(P<0.05或P<0.01),添加400、600和800 g/t PLP可以显著或极显著提高1~14日龄肉鸡的平均日增重(P<0.05或P<0.01),添加400和800 g/t PLP可以显著或极显著提高1~14日龄肉鸡的平均日采食量(P <0.05或P <0.01);饲粮中添加400 g/t PLP极显著提高了15~28日龄肉鸡的末重和平均日增重(P<0.01),极显著降低了15~28日龄肉鸡的料重比(P<0.01);饲粮中添加400和600 g/t PLP显著提高了1~42日龄肉鸡的平均日增重和欧洲指数(P<0.05),显著降低了1~42日龄肉鸡的料重比(P<0.05);饲粮中添加600 g/t PLP显著提高了42日龄肉鸡的屠宰率、半净膛率和全净膛率(P<0.05),显著提高了42日龄肉鸡的十二指肠淀粉酶、脂肪酶和胰蛋白酶活性(P<0.05),显著提高了42日龄肉鸡盲肠微生物的操作分类单元(OTUs)数量、Chao1指数、ACE指数以及有益菌丁酸弧菌属的相对丰度(P<0.05)。对肉鸡生长性能指标进行二次曲线拟合,得出PLP在肉鸡饲粮中的适宜添加量为455~490 g/t。This experiment aimed to determine the appropriate amount of PLP in broiler diets by investigating the effects of different doses of postbiotics Lactobacillus plantarum(PLP)on the growth performance,slaughter performance,intestinal enzyme activities and cecal microbial composition and diversity of broilers.A total of 600 healthy 1-day-old Arbor Acres(AA)male broiler chickens with similar body weight were selected and randomly divided into 5 groups with 6 replicates per group and 20 broilers per replicate.Broilers in the control group were fed a basal diet,and those in the PLP group were fed diets supplemented with 200,400,600 and 800 g/t PLP on the basis of the basal diet,respectively.Broilers were slaughtered and sampled until the 42nd day.The results showed that compared with the control group,adding 600 and 800 g/t PLP to the diet significantly or extremely significantly increased the final body weight of 1-to 14-day-old broilers(P<0.05 or P<0.01),adding 400,600 and 800 g/t PLP significantly or extremely significantly increased the average daily gain of 1-to 14-day-old broilers(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and adding 400 and 800 g/t PLP significantly or extremely significantly increased the average daily feed intake of 1-to 14-day-old broilers(P<0.05 or P<0.01);adding 400 g/t PLP to the diet extremely significantly increased the final body weight and average daily gain of15-to 28-day-old broilers(P<0.01),and extremely significantly decreased the feed/gain of 15-to 28-day-old broilers(P<0.01);adding 400 and 600 g/t PLP to the diet significantly increased the average daily gain and European performance index(EPI)of 1-to 42-day-old broilers(P<0.05),and significantly reduced the feed/gain of 1-to 42-day-old broilers(P<0.05);adding 600 g/t PLP to the diet significantly increased the slaughter rate,Half evisceration rate and full evisceration rate of 42-day-old broilers(P < 0.05),significantly increased the duodenal amylase,lipase and trypsin activities of 42-day-old broilers(P<0.05),and significantly increased the operational
