摘 要:本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加共轭亚油酸(CLA)对贵妃鸡生长性能、血清生化指标、肌肉CLA含量、肉品质及抗氧化功能的影响。试验选取360只体重接近且健康的55日龄贵妃鸡公鸡,随机分为5个组,每组6个重复,每个重复12只。对照组饲喂基础饲粮+2.0%大豆油;试验组在对照组饲粮中分别添加0.5%、1.0%、1.5%和2.0%CLA,并以对应的CLA替换等量大豆油。试验预试期7 d,正试期42 d。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,饲粮添加1.5%和2.0%CLA显著降低贵妃鸡平均日采食量和料重比(P<0.05)。2)与对照组相比,饲粮添加2.0%CLA显著降低贵妃鸡血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量(P<0.05),饲粮添加1.0%和1.5%CLA极显著提高血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量(P<0.01)。3)与对照组相比,饲粮添加不同水平CLA均极显著提高贵妃鸡胸肌和腿肌CLA含量(P<0.01),并均以2.0%CLA添加组最高,且极显著高于其他各试验组(P<0.01)。4)与对照组相比,饲粮添加1.5%CLA显著降低贵妃鸡胸肌亮度(L~*)值和剪切力(P<0.05),饲粮添加2.0%CLA显著降低贵妃鸡腿肌L~*值和剪切力(P<0.05)。5)与对照组相比,饲粮添加不同水平CLA均极显著降低贵妃鸡血清、腿肌和胸肌丙二醛(MDA)含量(P<0.01),饲粮添加2.0%CLA极显著提高血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性(P<0.01),饲粮添加1.0%、1.5%和2.0%CLA均极显著提高胸肌GSH-Px活性(P<0.01),饲粮添加1.0%CLA极显著提高腿肌GSH-Px活性(P<0.01);贵妃鸡血清和肌肉组织总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性随着饲粮CLA添加水平的提高而提高。6)与对照组相比,饲粮添加不同水平CLA均极显著提高贵妃鸡胸肌超氧化物歧化酶1(SOD1)和超氧化物歧化酶2(SOD2)mRNA相对表达量(P<0.01),饲粮添加1.0%、1.5%和2.0%CLA均显著提高胸肌谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶1(GPX1)和CAT mRNA相对表达量(P<0.05);饲粮添加1.5%CLA显著提高贵妃鸡腿肌SODThis experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary conjugated linoleic acid(CLA)on growth performance,serum biochemical indices,muscle CLA content,meat quality and antioxidant function of royal chickens.A total of 360 healthy 55-day-old male royal chickens with similar body weight were randomly divided into 5 groups with 6 replicates per group and 12 chickens per replicate.Chickens in the control group were fed a basal diet+2.0% soybean oil,and those in the experimental groups were fed the control group diets supplemented with 0.5%,1.0%,1.5% and 2.0% CLA,respectively,and the same amount of soybean oil was replaced with the corresponding CLA.The pre-trial period lasted for 7 days,and the trial period lasted for 42 days.The results showed as follows:1)compared with the control group,dietary 1.5% and2.0% CLA significantly decreased the average daily feed intake and feed to gain ratio of royal chickens(P<0.05).2)Compared with the control group,dietary 2.0% CLA significantly decreased the contents of serum total cholesterol,triglyceride and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol of royal chickens(P<0.05),and dietary 1.0% and 1.5% CLA extremely significantly increased the serum high-density lipoprotein cholesterol content(P<0.01).3)Compared with the control group,different dietary levels of CLA extremely significantly increased the CLA content in breast muscle and leg muscle of royal chickens(P<0.01),which in the 2.0%CLA supplemental group was the highest,and was extremely significantly higher than that in the other experimental groups(P<0.01).4)Compared with the control group,dietary 1.5% CLA significantly decreased the brightness(L^(*))value and shear force of breast muscle of royal chickens(P<0.05),and dietary 2.0% CLA significantly decreased the L^(*) value and shear force of leg muscle(P<0.05).5)Compared with the control group,different dietary levels of CLA extremely significantly decreased the malondialdehyde(MDA)content in serum,leg muscle and breast muscle of royal chickens(P<0.01),dietary 2.0% C
