摘 要:本试验旨在研究不同形式氧化锌对肉兔生长性能、血清生化指标和抗氧化能力的影响。选择35日龄、体重[(689.74±34.58)g]相近、健康的新西兰白兔162只,随机分为3组,每组27个重复,每个重复2只。3组分别饲喂添加饲料级氧化锌(F-ZnO)、纳米氧化锌(N-ZnO)和包被氧化锌(C-ZnO)的试验饲粮,添加剂量均为120 mg/kg(以锌计)。试验期42 d,其中1~21 d为试验前期,22~42 d为试验后期。结果表明:1)与F-ZnO相比,饲粮添加N-ZnO和C-ZnO对肉兔前期、后期及全期平均日采食量影响均不显著(P>0.05),但显著提高了试验后期平均日增重(P<0.05),显著降低试验后期料重比(P<0.05);饲粮添加C-ZnO显著降低了全期料重比(P<0.05)。饲粮添加N-ZnO和C-ZnO均降低了肉兔腹泻率和健康风险指数。2)与F-ZnO相比,饲粮添加N-ZnO和C-ZnO对肉兔血清中总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白、葡萄糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯的含量和谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶活性影响不显著(P>0.05);对血清锌和铜含量影响不显著(P>0.05),但显著提高试验前期血清铁含量(P<0.05),降低试验后期血清铁含量(P<0.05);饲粮添加N-ZnO显著提高了试验第42天血清碱性磷酸酶活性(P<0.05)。3)与F-ZnO相比,饲粮添加C-ZnO显著提高了试验第21天血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性(P<0.05);饲粮添加N-ZnO和C-ZnO显著降低试验第42天肝脏丙二醛(MDA)含量(P<0.05)。综上所述,饲粮添加N-ZnO和C-ZnO可提高肉兔血清抗氧化酶活性,降低肝脏氧化应激,降低肉兔健康风险,提高其生长性能。C-ZnO效果优于N-ZnO。The aim of this study is to investigate the effects of different forms of zinc oxide on growth performance,serum biochemical indexes and antioxidant capacity of meat rabbits.A total of 162 healthy New Zealand white rabbits[(689.74±34.58)g]aged 35 days were randomly divided into three groups with 27 replicates in each group and 2 rabbits in each replicate.Rabbits were fed a basal diet supplemented with feed grade zinc oxide(F-ZnO),nano zinc oxide(N-ZnO)or coated zinc oxide(C-ZnO),at doses of 120 mg/kg(calculated as zinc).The experiment lasted for 42 days and was divided into two stages as early stage(days 1 to 21)and late stage(days 22 to 42).The results showed as follows:1)compared with F-ZnO,N-ZnO and C-ZnO supplementation had no significant effects on the average daily feed intake in early,late and whole period(P>0.05),but significantly increased the average daily gain(P0.05);serum zinc and copper contents were not significantly affected(P>0.05),but serum iron content was significantly increased in the early stage of the experiment(P<0.05),and decreased in the late stage of the experiment(P<0.05).Dietary N-ZnO supplementation significantly increased serum alkaline phosphatase activity at day 42 of the experiment(P < 0.05).3)Compared with F-ZnO,C-ZnO supplementation significantly increased serum glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)activity at day 21 of the experiment(P<0.05).Dietary NZnO and C-ZnO significantly decreased liver malondialdehyde(MDA)content at day 42 of the experiment(P<0.05).In conclusion,dietary supplemented with N-ZnO and C-ZnO can improve the activity of serum antioxidant enzymes,reduce liver oxidative stress,reduce the health risk and improve growth performance of meat rabbits;and C-ZnO has a better effect than N-ZnO.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2022,34(11):7342-7349]
