摘  要:本文以常见类型的特殊医学用途配方奶粉为研究对象,对《食品安全国家标准婴幼儿食品和乳品中左旋肉碱的测定》(GB 29989-2013)、淀粉酶酶解优化分光光度法及液相色谱串联质谱法测定左旋肉碱的结果进行比较分析。结果表明,GB 29989-2013测定这类样品中左旋肉碱过滤困难、数据偏差大且测定结果偏低,淀粉酶酶解优化分光光度法及液相色谱串联质谱法测定结果无显著性差异,快速、准确,适用于特殊医学用途配方食品中左旋肉碱的测定。In this paper,the common types of formula milk powder for special medical purposes were taken as the research object,and the results of L-carnitine of GB 29989-2013,amylase enzymatic optimization spectrophotometry and LC-MS/MS determination were compared.The results showed that the determination of L-carnitine in such samples by GB 29989-2013 was difficult to filter,the RSD was large and the determined results was low.There was no significant difference between the results of optimization spectrophotometry and LC-MS/MS determination.The method was rapid and accurate,and was suitable for the determination of L-carnitine in formula foods for special medical purposes.
