凉山州青少年艾滋病知识知晓情况及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:了解凉山彝族自治州(简称凉山州)青少年艾滋病相关知识知晓率现状及影响因素,旨在为进一步采取有针对性的干预措施,提高青少年性安全意识提供科学依据。方法:2020年3月采用多阶段整群抽样的方法,以凉山州4个县辖区内14~25岁青少年为研究对象进行问卷调查。结果:936名调查对象中,艾滋病知识总体知晓人数为877人,占93.7%。单因素分析结果显示,不同性别、学历青少年艾滋病相关知识知晓率比较,差异有统计学意义(t/F值分别为29.458和7.564,P<0.05)。父亲文化程度、父亲职业、母亲职业、长期居住地对凉山州青少年艾滋病相关知识知晓率的影响,差异有统计学意义(t/F值分别为3.390、5.169、8.121和5.721,P值均<0.05)。多元逐步回归分析结果显示,性别、学历、长期居住地是影响青少年艾滋病相关知识知晓率的重要因素,共解释变异率的41.6%(R2=0.416,P<0.01)。结论:凉山州青少年艾滋病相关知识知晓率总体较高,但仍需进一步加强艾滋病相关知识的宣传力度,强化青少年的自我保护意识,降低其艾滋病的感染率。OBJECTIVE To understand the awareness of AIDS-related knowledge among adolescents in Liangshan,and to improve adolescents’awareness of sexual safety.METHODS A multi-stage cluster sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on some 14~25 year old school-aged teenagers in four counties of Liangshan.The content of the questionnaire includes general demographic information(including gender,age,education,ethnicity,place of residence,etc.)and AIDS-related knowledge.RESULTS 877 people knew about AIDS knowledge,accounting for 93.7%.The results of univariate analysis showed that girls and adolescents in different school stages had a higher awareness rate of AIDS-related knowledge,the difference was statistically significant(t/F=29.458,7.564,P<0.05).The influence of father’s education,father’s occupation,mother’s occupation and long-term residence on AIDS knowledge awareness among teenagers in Liangshan(t/F=3.390,5.169,8.121,5.721,P<0.05).The results of multiple gradual regression analysis showed that gender,educational background,and long-term residence were important factors affecting the rate of AIDS-related knowledge awareness among adolescents,explaining 41.6%of the variation rate(R~2=0.416,P<0.01).CONCLUSION The awareness rate of AIDS among school-aged adolescents in Liangshan is relatively high,but it is still necessary to further strengthen publicity,strengthen the awareness of self-protection among adolescents,and reduce the infection rate of AIDS.
