摘 要:在电子刹车助力器中,对推杆的移动距离进行测量,针对原有内置感应线圈的感应式传感器存在有效量程受限的问题,提出了一种双边双结构的感应式位移传感器,通过改变激励线圈的结构和感应方式,提高了位移测量的有效量程比;通过Ansoft Maxwell对结构改变后的激励信号进行仿真,对不同相位差探究感应信号的影响和变化。实验结果表明:提出的双边双结构传感器在有效量程上,比内置感应线圈的感应式传感器提高了19%,同时该结构下验证了激励信号相位差为90°时为最优选择。In electronic brake booster, brake distance of push rod is measured.For the original built-in inductive coil sensor exists problem that finite range is limited.An inductive displacement sensor with bilateral double structure is proposed.The effective range ratio of displacement measurement is improved by changing the structure and induction mode of the excitation coil.The simulation of excitation signal after structural change is carried out by Ansoft Maxwell, and the influence and change of the induced signal are studied by different phase difference.The experimental results show that compared to inductive sensor buili-in inductive coil the proposed bilateral double structure sensor has a 19 % improvement in effective range.Meanwhile, it is verified that it is the best choice while the phase difference of the excitation signal is 90°under the structure.
