摘　　要：区别于传统开放手术及微创手术,超级微创手术的最大优势是能够保持解剖结构完整的同时治愈疾病,最大程度保留人的自然生理状态。对于无淋巴结转移风险或转移风险较低的食管肿瘤性疾病,消化内镜超级微创手术应用广泛。本文就消化内镜超级微创手术在食管肿瘤性疾病中的具体应用和研究新进展进行综述。Different from the traditional open surgery and minimally invasive surgery,the biggest advantage of super minimally invasive surgery is that it can cure diseases while maintaining the integrity of the anatomical structure,and preserve the natural physiological state of people to the greatest extent.Digestive endoscopy super minimally invasive surgery is widely used for esophageal neoplastic diseases with no or low risk of lymph node metastasis.This article reviews the application and research progress of super minimally invasive surgery with digestive endoscopy in esophageal neoplastic diseases.
