摘 要:以软枣猕猴桃带腋芽的一年生嫩枝茎段为外植体进行试验,用MS固体培养基作为基础培养基,在MS基础培养基中加入不同浓度的植物激素组合,观察不同激素对软枣猕猴桃茎段生根的情况,并通过本试验筛选出最适于软枣猕猴桃茎段生根的培养基。试验结果表明:最佳培养基为:“1/2 MS+NAA 0.5 mg/L+IBA 0.4 mg/L+30 g/L的蔗糖+7.2 g/L琼脂”,生根数为5.3,pH值为5.8。The experiment was carried out with the stem segment of the annual tender branch with axillary buds of Actinidia mollissima as the explant,using MS solid medium as the basic medium,and adding different concentrations of plant hormones in the MS basic medium,to observe the rooting of the stem segment of Actinidia mollissima with different hormones,and through this experiment,the most suitable medium for rooting of the stem segment of Actinidia mollissima was selected,The results showed that the best medium for rooting of Actinidia mollissima was 1/2 MS+NAA 0.5 mg/L+IBA 0.4 mg/L+30g/L sucrose+7.2g/L agar,the rooting number was 5.3,and the pH value was 5.8.
