摘  要:以学生为中心是高校培养高质量人才的重要途径,皖西学院制药工程专业以专业特区改革为契机,以学生专业实践能力为抓手,强调培养过程中“以学生为中心”的理念,围绕多资源应用型课程体系构建、加强教学团队建设、有机融入课程思政,培养学生爱国情怀、提升学生创新创业以及青年教师实践能力等方面进行人才培养体系改革,经过多年建设,形成教育理念先进、课程体系优化、应用特色鲜明、教学过程可控、教学效果显著、人才培养与社会需求无缝对接的立体化制药工程专业人才培养模式。Taking the student as the center is an important way for universities to cultivate high-quality talents.The pharmaceutical Engineering major of West Anhui University has been reformed to focus on students’professional practical ability and emphasize the concept of“student-centered”in the training process.The reformed talent training system was constructed centering on multi-resource application-oriented curriculum system,strengthening the construction of teaching team,organic integration of curriculum thinking and moral education,cultivation of students’patriotic feelings and cultivation of students'innovative and entrepreneurial spirit and practical ability of young teachers.Through many years construction,a three-dimensional pharmaceutical engineering professional talent training mode with advanced educational concept,optimized curriculum system,distinctive application characteristics,controllable teaching process,remarkable teaching effect,and seamless connection between talent training and social needs,has been constructed.
