摘 要:基于心理认知行为理论开发大学生评教的评分策略量表,实证研究结果表明,该量表具有良好的信度和效度,大学生评教的评分策略是由4个维度、15种心理认知行为构成的多维结构,形成偏离策略、信息加工策略、比较策略和利己策略。偏离策略和利已策略具有偏差性,信息加工策略和比较策略具有客观公正性,信息加工策略和比较策略是对已有研究中多种评教心理偏差的补充。以上结论从新的角度解释了大学生评教分数的形成机制,进一步澄清了已有研究的分歧、在实践上增强了对现实问题的解释力度。Based on the theory of psychological cognitive behavior,a rating strategy scale of college students’evaluation is developed.An empirical study shows that the scale has high reliability and validity.College student’rating strategy is a multidimensional structure composed of 4 dimensions and 15 kinds of psychological cognitive behavior which forms the deviation strategy,information processing strategy,comparison strategy and selfinterest strategy.The deviation strategy and self-interest strategy are biased,the information processing strategy and comparison strategy are objective and fair,and the information processing strategy and comparison strategy complement various kinds of psychological deviation in the existing research.The above conclusions explain how college students give their ratings from a new perspective,expand the relevant theory of college students'evaluation,clarify differences among researches,and strengthen the interpretation on practical problems in practice.
