摘 要:为纠正盾构隧道结构健康综合评价领域中由于指标值波动造成的评价失真问题,以某地铁区间隧道工程为例,结合定期检查、健康监测、病害整治等相关实测资料,从结构变形、耐久性、病害状况等多角度入手,提出基于改进变权物元可拓模型的盾构隧道结构健康综合评价模型,该模型运用变权理论对传统的固定权重进行改进,从而能够体现指标值波动对指标权重的影响,并通过敏感性分析指出对结构健康存在显著不利影响的重点指标。研究表明:与传统采用固定权重的方法相比,该模型能很好地纠正由于指标值波动造成的评价失真问题,具有较好的评价效果,就本案例而言,在共计10项评价指标中,沉降速率、管片错台量、渗漏水情况和竖曲线半径变化量这4项指标是对隧道结构造成显著威胁的重点指标,可为后期开展隧道养护工作提供相关参考。In order to correct the evaluation distortion caused by the fluctuation of index value in the field of shield tunnel structural health comprehensive evaluation,this paper,with reference to a subway tunnel section project in combination with regular inspection,health monitoring,disease treatment and other relevant measured data,proposes a comprehensive evaluation model of shield tunnel structure health based on the improved variable weight matter element extension model.This model employs the variable weight theory to improve the traditional fixed weight so as to reflect the influence of fluctuation of index value on index weight.The key indexes with significant adverse effects on structural health are identified through sensitivity analysis.The results show that,compared with the traditional method of fixed weight,the model can correct the evaluation distortion caused by fluctuation of index value and had good evaluation effect.As the case indicates,of all ten indexes,the settlement rate,segment error amount,leakage water and vertical curve radius change are the key indexes which pose significant threat to the tunnel structure,and relevant references can be provided for tunnel maintenance in later stage.
