摘 要:公安院校加强一流专业建设在落实新时代公安高等教育使命、培养新时代高水平警务专业人才和提升公安院校核心竞争力等方面发挥着重要促进作用。湖北警官学院治安学专业围绕“双万计划”一流专业和一流课程建设与评价标准开展实践探索,取得了一定成效,但同时也因师资队伍、课堂教学、学生的自主学习能力、公安专业的创新创业氛围等因素制约,阻碍了专业建设发展。对此,可从坚持优化人才培养方案,全面凝练专业特色和优势;坚持人才培养中心地位,多措并举强化育人质量建设;坚持师资建设龙头地位,持续优化师资队伍质量和结构;坚持探索“互联网+”教学模式,推进公安教育数字化建设;坚持协同育人机制,提升合作育人成效等方面,加快推进治安学一流专业建设。Strengthening the construction of first-class majors in public security colleges and universities which plays an important promotion role in implementing the mission of public security higher education in the new era,cultivating high-level police professionals in the new era,and enhancing the core competitiveness of public security colleges and universities.The public order science of Hubei University of Police has carried out practical exploration around the firstclass majors and first-class courses construction and evaluation standards of"Double Ten Thousand Plans",and achieved certain results,but at the same time,it is restricted by some factors such as the teaching staff,the classroom teaching,the self-learning ability of students,and the innovation and entrepreneurship atmosphere of public security majors,which hinders the development of majors construction.In this regard,we should accelerate the construction of first-class majors in public order science from these aspects:Firstly,adhere to the optimization of talent training programs,and comprehensively refine the majors characteristics and advantages.Secondly,adhere to the center position of talent training,and take multiple measures to strengthen the quality construction of education.Thirdly,adhere to the leading position of teaching staff construction,and continuously optimize the quality and structure of teaching staff team.Fourthly,adhere to the exploration of the"Internet+"teaching model,and promote the digital construction of public security education.Fifthly,adhere to the cooperative education mechanism,and improve the effectiveness of cooperative education.
