摘　　要：中医实践技能是中医执业医师从事临床工作的基础和根本,而中医实践技能培训是临床教学的重点与难点,受多重因素的影响,中医实践技能教学效果不尽如人意。经多年研究实践,长春中医药大学构建了以中医执业医师考试为导向的中医实践技能培训模式,通过对实践教学体系、教学内容、方法、流程、考核机制等方面进行改革,探索提高医学生中医实践技能水平的方法和有效途径,为中医药院校高素质应用型中医人才的培养模式改革提供借鉴与指导。The TCM practice skills are the basis and foundation for TCM practitioners to engage in clinical work,while the training of TCM practice skills is the focus and difficulty of clinical teaching.Influenced by multiple factors,the teaching effect of TCM practice skills is not satisfactory.After years of research and practice,the Changchun University of Chinese Medicine has established a training mode for the TCM practice skills oriented to the examination of Chinese medicine practitioners.Through the reform of the practice teaching system,teaching contents,methods,processes,assessment mechanism,etc.,it has explored the methods and effective ways to improve the TCM practice skill level of medical students,which can provide a reference and guidance for the reform of the training mode of high-quality application-oriented Chinese medicine talent in TCM colleges and universities.
