摘　　要：癫痫是神经系统常见病,药物仅对2/3患者有效。脊髓电刺激用于临床顽固性神经痛治疗已久,近期研究发现其有潜在的抗癫痫作用。文中阐述脊髓电刺激抗癫痫研究相关进展,便于更好发展新技术用于该类患者的治疗。Epilepsy is a common disease of the nervous system,for which drugs are effective in only two-thirds patients.The spinal cord electrical stimulation,which has been used to treat intractable neuralgia for a long time,is found to have a potential antiepileptic effect in recent studies.This article illustrates the progress of research related to the spinal cord electrical stimulation as an antiepileptic therapy to facilitate the development of new techniques for the treatment of this disease.
