摘 要:近年来,BIM技术在新时代科技革新和海量工程建设的背景下,BIM+IoT、BIM+5G等工程技术已经逐渐成熟,然而由于BIM模型受制于冗杂的数据量和笨重的客户端等因素,在工程项目实际应用过程中仍存在BIM技术应用深度不足、应用效果差等问题尚未得到很好的解决。本文结合上海理工大学智慧校园项目的建设,研究了一套基于BIM轻量化技术的二次开发平台,旨在优化BIM模型显示效果及交互操作,方便BIM模型能随时随地共享和数据轻量化传递。轻量化平台设计可以协助项目人员沟通,快速分析BIM工程信息,提高工程人员管理效率。In recent years,under the background of scientific and technological innovation and massive engineering construction in the new era,the engineering technologies such as BIM+IoT and BIM+5G have gradually matured.However,due to the factors such as the amount of miscellaneous data and cumbersome clients,the problems such as insufficient application depth and poor application effect of BIM Technology have not been well solved in the actual application process of engineering projects.Combined with the construction of smart campus project of University of Shanghai for Science and Technology,this paper studies a set of secondary development platform based on BIM lightweight technology,which aims to optimize the display effect and interactive operation of BIM model,so as to facilitate the sharing of BIM model anytime and anywhere.The lightweight platform design can help project personnel communicate and quickly analyze BIM engineering information,and improve the management efficiency of engineering personnel.
