摘　　要：本文通过在中国铁建海语城(红岛)F地块项目BIM应用,全面总结BIM技术在综合办公楼施工全过程应用流程,且通过Dynamo可视化编程插件,实现不同型号的混凝土量批量统计,并分析BIM技术在综合办公楼项目对比常规技术所展示出的优势和价值,为综合办公楼项目使用BIM技术提供借鉴和参考经验。This paper comprehensively summarizes the application process of BIM technology in the construction of comprehensive office buildings through the BIM application in China Railway Construction Haiyu City(Hongdao)F block project,and through the Dynamo visual programming plug-in,the batch statistics of different types of concrete can be achieved.This paper analyzes the advantages and the value of BIM technology compared with conventional technology in comprehensive office building projects,and provides reference for the use of BIM technology in comprehensive office building projects.
