摘　　要：考研是提升学历、增长见识的一种方式,对于高校学生的个人成长、就业与长远发展具有重要的意义。在地方性院校学生考研现象中,主要的现象包括:考研热度较高、考研目标较早,学校资金奖励、设定考研比例,考研如同高考、把握每分每秒。通过问卷调查参与考研的学生,分析相关数据,结合经济与社会发展情况,分析地方性院校学生考研现象的原因:国家重视学历教育,更好应对就业压力、用人单位要求提高、家庭及环境影响、个人提升能力需要。基于以上原因,分析考研现象的不利影响:干扰本科教学、增加学习压力、降低教育质量、影响就业市场、增加家庭负担,以此提出建议,指导学生理性考研。Postgraduate entrance examination is a way to enhance academic qualifications and increase knowledge,which is of great significance to the personal growth,employment and long-term development of college students.In the phenomenon of postgraduate entrance examination for students in local colleges and universities,the main phenomena include:high enthusiasm for postgraduate entrance examination,early goal of postgraduate entrance examination,school funding awards,setting the proportion of postgraduate entrance examination,and postgraduate entrance examination is like the college entrance examination,grasping every minute and every second.Through the questionnaire survey of the students participating in the postgraduate entrance examination,the author analyzed the relevant data,combined with the economic and social development,and analyzed the reasons for the phenomenon of postgraduate entrance examination in local colleges and universities:the country attaches importance to academic education,better cope with the employment pressure,the requirements of employers,family and environmental impact,and the need for personal improvement.Based on the above reasons,analyze the adverse effects of the postgraduate entrance examination phenomenon:interference with undergraduate teaching,increasing learning pressure,reducing the quality of education,affecting the job market,increasing the burden on families,and put forward suggestions to guide students to take the postgraduate entrance examination rationally.
