CT引导下^(125)I放射性粒子植入治疗肝门区肝癌的防护及护理干预措施

摘　　要：目的总结CT引导下^(125)I放射性粒子植入治疗肝门区肝癌及转移淋巴结的干预方法与经验。方法选取32例肝门区肝癌及转移淋巴结并行CT引导下^(125)I放射性粒子植入治疗的患者进行全面的干预,做好放射防护及预防并发症的发生。结果所有患者能够积极配合治疗和干预,治疗总有效率为68.8%,其中1例出现气胸,肺压缩在30%以内,经保守治疗后好转;白细胞轻度下降2例,无严重并发症发生。结论CT引导下^(125)I放射性粒子植入治疗肝门区肿瘤及转移淋巴结创伤小,并发症发生率低,近期效果好,同时及时有效的干预是治疗成功的保障。Objective To summarize the nursing care and experience of radioactive ^(125)I particles implantation in patients with hilar hepatic tumor and metastatic lymphnodes by CT guidance.Methods Nursing care to 32 patients with hilar hepatic tumor and metastatic lymphnodes with the treatment of radioactive ^(125)I particles implantation by CT guidance was taken,including pre-operation mental nursing,item preparation,operational cooperation,complication care,and radiative safety.Results All the operations were succeeded to the patients under combinational treatment and nursing care.There was no operational related disease in staff,patients and their dependents.Conclusion Radioactive ^(125)I particles implantation in patients with hilar hepatic tumor and metastatic lymphnodes by CT guidance is safe and effective.Nursing care in time is able to assure success of the treatment.
